Tesco Superstore

Wife does her food shopping here each week which provides free and easy parking. 5* deserved in part for the free parking provided, unlike other car parks in the town.

Instore Tesco Mobile Shop. We were in yesterday and were seeking advice on phones and deals. Tim the member of staff as in previous visits was professional and patient as always. He does not talk down to you and explains complex detail in a user friendly manner.

I would just like to thank John at Tesco mobile phones for his help, he took his time with a non tech 83 year old, couldn't have asked for more, all working now thanks to you.

Just been to Chester le Street Tesco. A young man named Zac helped us by checking the store for Monople champagne and we are now sorted for Christmas. Thank you Zac

Tesco has always been a reasonably priced supermarket. Lovely clean and tidy place. Staff are very friendly and they have everything you need. Lots of parking too

I find this a great store for shopping recently its not a mega sized store you can get lost in but on the other hand it's large enough to keep a wide range of products. Great parking facilities and convenient too if you want to have a look along Chester High Street.
Shopping here during lockdown was actually a pleasure, to be honest I was really starting to like the one way system approach. I used to go to Asda but it was like a free for all during lockdown

Not very happy at the moment and although have always enjoyed doing the family shop at your Chester Le Street branch until today that is and a parking fine drops on the mat £44.50 for being less than an hour over the limit and the fine will if not received by 14th December almost double this is extortion I did in bits spend a £100 per week on Tesco products but I will be shopping elsewhere from now on, I've paid the fine with a grievance.

This is one of the larger Tesco stores in the area with loads of free parking. I've never actually waited in a queue for any length of time here as there always seems to be lots of staff. There is a good range of household items at the store.

Had a little trouble with self service but there was a kind member of staff on hand to help, very understanding 😀

During this Covid-19 situation I have found the Chester-le-street store and their staff amazing. The organisation, cleanliness and support to their customers is second to none.

Huge selection of products at good prices, helpful staff, loads of parking spaces, great opening times, cash machine just outside the shop, toilets for the customers as well as the entire store are quite clean!

Always 100% good stock, good staff, clean, bargains for savvy shoppers.
