I made an online purchase which arrived late & I had a few issues so decided to return it at Winchester branch. I was served by Athenya who converted stress into a far better shopping experience. It was no trouble for her to resolve my order issues and help with my query. She gave me first class customer service. Thankyou.

Today I popped into the Hobbs Winchester. I went in on the off chance to look at the occasion outfits with my daughter, mother and my baby grandson.
It was my luck that I met Lauren your staff member. What a wonderful lady, she helped me in various ways. She gave me the confidence I needed & I bought the outfit I had been looking at for a while online. The customer service I received from Lauren was excellent. Thank you to all the staff that made my shopping experience enjoyable.

I can’t thank Athenya at Hobbs, Winchester enough! My Mother-in-Law ordered a coat online on the 18th December… only to receive a dress 2 days later!
I tried to sort this mistake out via the Hobbs website, and phone line. No luck. So I rang the shop in Winchester. Luckily I spoke with Athenya who listened and reassured me she’d take care of it.
She called me back within 20 minutes. We took the dress to the store and collected the desired coat, which happened to be in stock!
Minimum fuss, maximum customer service. Athenya is an absolute asset to Hobbs… thanks again! 😊

The staff in this store are incredibly patient and helpful. I drifted in to the store in desperation looking for an outfit to wear for a wedding. Special thanks to Sam who helped me choose a lovely dress and jacket - I'll definitely return.

Really recommend this store! The customer service we received from Emily was second to none! My elderly mother in law had an issue with a garment and nothing was too much trouble. Really made us feel at ease! Can’t praise Emily enough!
