They have been very efficient. Collected a kitchen sink in the way from North Yorkshire to Cornwall. The warehouse is just off the M5 so very convenient. The tap hole service was quick and accurate. The sink was checked by them and me prior to me taking it. Very pleasant people. The warehouse sign is invisible because of cars parking in front of it so you have to look out for UTSUMI which is the name of the company you pay. Always a bit of a gamble transferring load of money to a company that might not exist, but it was all very smooth and efficient. I would use them again

Ordered some taps online for delivery. Fia and Poppy kept me well-informed on delivery dates from the manufacturer, and enabled me to swap to Click and Collect for my convenience. Highly recommend their customer service.

What great service I received from this company, I drove from Nottingham to collect my order of bathroom items, the staff are extremely polite and friendly, checked everything with me to ensure nothing was damaged and everything was there, no missing parts! Waited in reception for about 10 minuets for my order to be brought to the front of the warehouse. Helped my self to sweets when I was waiting in reception too! Overall happy with Taps UK and will be purchasing more when I renovate my ensuite bathroom!

Had a great experience here, loads of choice and we managed to get a lovely ceramic sink complemented with some gold taps. All at a very good price. Best of all was the customer service provided by Fia, we had a minor issue with the tap, without hesitation she sent out the parts.

I really do not get why this company is getting such bad reviews. I ordered a new sink late on a Thursday night, I received a confirmation email straight the way and then a further email the following day advising that my order was being sent later that day. The sink was delivered on the following Monday morning by Stop & Start delivery company who sent me several texts messages confirming and updating me on the delivery time. The delivery company driver was very careful, polite and handed the boxed sink with care, checking it was okay before leaving. There was unfortunately a waste kit missing from the box but this was missed out by the manufacturer and not Taps UK who immediately sorted this out with the manufacturer, and the waste kit arrived the following morning by DPD. All in all a great experience. Many thanks to all involved in my order and delivery. A+++

Having read the reviews I wasn't sure whether I should use this company or not. However, they had the right product at the right price so I decide to risk it. I ordered a sink; it was despatched on time and, if Yodel hadn't messed up (as usual ...), it would have been delivered on time too. The sink is top quality and an absolute bargain in the sale. Really pleased with the product and the service. I would definitely buy from them again.

I called direct and spoke to a very helpful lady. I wanted to know what they had in stock that I could receive straight away. She quickly located me a tap which met my criteria and gave me the code to look online. I ordered and paid over the phone. Arranged a time to collect from warehouse. Waited just a short time on arrival. Lady opened the box for me so I could look at the tap. Can't fault the service I received. Clearly have employed better staff since the bad reviews.

i ordered a schock sink in grey . by mistake I doubled the order and realised the next day by which time both had been dispatched . contacted customer service who were first class told me to take delivery and reject one sink and return via same courier. did so and they refunded my overpayment within 48 hours. superb service and the sink is absolutely brilliant quality.

I purchased a villeroy and boch kitchen sink and waste from this place. Online ordering was easy and I chose to collect my item on checkout as I live near Bromsgrove.

There are mixed reviews about this company online so I thought it will be best to visit rather than pay to have it delivered.

The collection point was tricky to find as once in the industrial estate, there are too many unmarked roads leading off to units. Definitely read the click and collect confirmation email, Google maps helped me locate with ease as my satnav was useless!

On arrival there were several vans and lorries at the place loading, but parking was fine. I waited in reception after giving my order details to a lady.

The lady checked all the items with me and made sure everything was perfect before I was asked to sign for acceptance. Really happy with my purchase and the quality of the sink, it was nearly 35% cheaper than the kitchen supplier!

Overall the staff were very friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable in the products they sell, I did mention to the lady that I was dubious about the company because of the reviews online, hence collecting my items, but she did explain that happy customers don’t really leave positive reviews, only the unhappy customers go out of their way to leave negative reviews.

I was told the company have sold over a million items and if everyone left a review, it will paint a different picture online, so here is a review from a happy customer! Thank you guys.

Very helpful staff over the phone and nice products at a reasonable price. Some companies only use LiveChat but this company are great to ring up for advice. When I order the items I shall probably change this to 5 stars. Efficient de,very service from Furdeco. Items checked for damage on delivery. Excellent service from TapsUK. I have just collected my order of kitchen sink and tap from TapsUK. This place is little hard to find even with satnav but my google maps on my phone helped me get here efficiently enough.

Waited about 5 minuets in reception for my goods to be fetched from the warehouse, the place is extremely busy with all the warehouse staff rushing round to dispatch orders I am guessing, the yard full of goods waiting to be loaded on to the lorry so not a friendly place for kids.

All the staff I spoke to were very pleasant and the girl who served me allowed me to check the items with her before acceptance and one of the guys helped me with my goods to my car.

Overall I am happy and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I bought a schock sink in black, it arrived quickly in perfect condition and was very well packaged.
A genuine mistake led to me receiving the wrong shade of black as I received Nero instead of Onyx.

I emailed customer support where Keira dealt with my email, the response email from Keira was very quick indeed. We sorted out the problem quickly and effortlessly.

I am extremely pleased with the resolution, Taps UK and the customer support team.

I ordered two enamel sinks to Ireland. I couldn’t source ones here as I wanted gold wastes. They arrived quickly and in good condition so what more can you ask for. Delighted. I dealt with Rachel who was very good.

Fantastic service from Chris in customer service who secured a partial refund from Schlok even though they were being difficult over a claim for a defect on our sink. Went over and above what we expected and resolved matter quickly to our satisfaction
