Great service both on the phone and in store.
The staff made me feel welcome upon trading in my device. They kept me informed on what they were doing and once all tests had been done they gave me the price quoted for a trade in. 👍

The guy Will who moved over from Carphone Warehouse was brilliant. The store needed someone like that as the older chaps who work there seem not bothered at all. Cheers to Will 👍

The staff in littlehampton branch so nice I got a phone on contract for my daughter the manager Chinese man was so nice and helpful went out of his way to help and the phone was set up by the other man that had served me so nice having more people working in the store as a while ago only 2 and people were waiting for ages to be served
