It's a friendly shop I would recommend a visit

Family owned corner shop, just like they used to be in the seventies but with a much larger range of stuff. With the added bonus of a real butcher. I am about fan of the fruit and veg as it plastic free. What is not to like.

Always a pleasurable visit. All staff are very friendly, polite & helpful.
Love the fresh halal meat, but my favourite is the mutton & oxtail!!!!!!

Staff are very helpful and presentable, walked i to the shop and was aproched by a young gentleman who asked me if I needed any help with anything. I said no I was good. He then noticed I was carrying a lot of items towards the till and ran over to come and help me, this was really appreciated. He then told me about the exotic fruits selection they have in store which was very appealing I took a box home with me it was worth it all day long. I would very recomend abbeydale supermarket to anyone.

Surprisingly good prices for such a small concern. His lamb mince is virtually fat free. Big bags of spices for pence. Good bargains with the fruit as well.

Asian store with a variety of groceries, spices and halal butchers located in store. Plenty of other items too such as an extensive frozen foods section and kitchenware and dinnerware.
