Staff in Newcastle quays very helpful, I picked up a few items of crafts and the lovely girl kindly informed me that some of my items were on 3 for 2 which was a nice surprise. This store always looks clean and welcoming

Friendly staff. Has good birthday gifts to get for kids. Books, crafting, board games....

This shop had everything I was looking for. The girl who looked after me was amazing. She knew where everything was and was so kind to me A lot of younger staff get frustrated with old people but not this girl. She was lovely and made my shopping trip worth it.

Cheapest place to buy artist supplies for the grandchildren. A good range of bargain priced goods to keep the younger members of the family amused for hours. The staff were very courteous and willing to help out with a smile on their faces. The place was clean and the shelves well filled.

Found what we wanted good prices quite a wide range of accessories books ,toys etc

A different store so also different products , therefore I purchased more craft items now all I have to do is hope that we get a decent summer and then I can work outside. Thanx the Works x

Great shop, nearly always something new to buy. Great deals on p/backs, only 3 for £5, cheaper and better than many charity shops and markets.

I visited the branch at royal keys shopping outlet. Staff very helpful and polite. They had a book I wanted so bought it at an affordable price.

Nice to know I have somewhere in North Shield for my wool and cross stitch threads and the lady in the shop is really nice to.

Love the positivity bags from there. It is £1 and loads to choose from.

Always have a laugh with the staff, and always find books that interest me at a very good discount. I often look here for stationery and craft items.
