Excellent customer service at the store and the delivery men. Very polite delivery men who took away the old bed, moved the new bed into the new room and took away all packaging materials. They double checked I was happy before leaving. Excellent customer service.

Went in for a look as have been meaning to for ages. Not intending on buying on the day but. Bought mattress, picture and sofa. Have to be honest the nicest people to deal with, polite both in store and delivery.

A look around this beautiful shop is a must whilst visiting North Allerton. Their display from nick nacks to gorgeous sofas furniture and ornaments are really different. We'll priced and good quality. Purchased a lovely framed watercolour which was wrapped perfectly for travelling home in the car. They even welcome dogs! However a 60 kilo bernese mountain dog was only allowed to look in the window as I wasn't prepared to pay for all the breakages 😁. You can park outside front too. The owners are very friendly and pleasant.

Popped in today to have a look and support my local town. The shop is full of beautiful things I was greeted by the owner and after a few minutes of chatting I asked about stock I had seen in there other shop he told me anything I liked he would try his best to get or bring it from the other shop. All the staff were well dressed and presented and friendly towards my little girl. Needless to say this will be my go to place for my home essentials. Just what this town needed.

Called in today, what a lovely store. Beautiful items and furniture ( I bought a lamp 😆) and tge gentleman who served us was a lovely friendly gent. Well worth a visit.

We called into the Northallerton store, whilst passing through on our way back to Durham.
We were greeted warmly by extremely knowledgable staff. We explained that we were looking at replacing a few things over the course of the next year or so, and were just looking for ideas.
Well what a wonderful array of products they have on display, they explained that due to space they only had a few products of each range on display, anything we wanted that was not on display could be ordered.
We settled on one particular piece on this visit, which we ordered and is actually getting delivered today.
We will certainly be retuning in the very near future and strongly recommend these guys for the absolute brilliant service they have provided to us .

Northallerton Store :Good selection of lounge chairs , staff extremely helpful and polite .
Delivery on time , delivery staff were professional getting chairs though tight space. Packing plus old heavy chair taken away with no fuss.

This is a lovely store run by really friendly people. Their range is very wide and it makes a change from the usual mass market furniture provided in most stores. Well worth a visit.

We had a lovely chat with the owners and the shop is just chock full of amazing and wonderfully quirky items if you're looking for something a bit different. The quality is amazing and there is definitely something for everyone.

I spotted a usual ornamental silver dog ,I made a quick phone call to Raffertys to make sure it was still available and sure enough it was , Thank you Glenda for putting it away to be collected! Fantastic service and a lovely shop to be added to Northallerton
