A very kind friendly member of staff went beyond her job to look after my father. He had a funny turn in the shop so she got him a chair and a glass of water. When he left the shop she followed him and he fell and hit his head on the concrete, she called an ambulance and stayed with him, even getting him a blanket. I would like to say a big thank you to Emma.

Went in once wanting some bulmers crushed red berries and lime couldn't see any asked jade and she so kindly went out back and got me some 10/10 great service love it

Friendly staff in the post office inside a shop.

Mccoll's of hempnall was extremely excellent. The last 3 weeks they have stopped serving customers for 1/2 hours because of deliveries, not enough staff. This is a lovely village with elderly people who are not able to drive. They take the time to go to our local store and find it is closed. Sorry but this is not acceptable. Get your act together mccoll.

I got my papers alright this time there, was able to park close to McColl's but have been told it's closing in October but hope it is for a refit only?

Since the refit its got worse a hot food counter which has nothing in it, not enough people to operate the post office so that’s hardly ever open and when I said to my son that when I give him a lift there because he works in the shop I was going to get a certain item he said we don’t sell any so I have to go to Long Stratton and I live in Topcroft I don’t know why there is shop it’s a waste of time
