I recently placed an order with this company and found the website very user friendly and pricing very competitive. I even requested expedited delivery which they confirmed they could accommodate on this occasion. I’m definitely impressed with these guys and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely brilliant service! Custom artwork applied to produce a great quality kit. Staff extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the outcome. Couldn't be happier with the finished product! Definitely will be using them again!!!

So....we are all quick to moan when something isn't as we expected but rarely praise when we receive service which matches or exceeds our expectations.

So Initially I wasn't happy as there was an issue with the printing of the club logo on the shirts. (at this point I'll point out that I'm the only person in the club who had this issue). I used the live chat section and was quickly assured any issue's would be rectified. After sending a few emails of photos etc they told me the tops had be re-ordered.

The new tops arrived very quickly and looked perfect, this time I was very pleased.

Chris who dealt with my complaint was extremely professional, polite and quick. If I had a company i'd want him working for me.

There is a 5 week wait for garments which require personalisation, this is the only slight negative I can find. Other than that, the quality of the goods, sizing and customer service is second to none.
I'll be back for more and I'd highly recommend using them.

Ordered 4 Nike dri fit t shirts on the 14th July at 13.55 and they were despatched at 15.50 on the same day, all arrived Saturday 16th well packed. Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely be ordering again

Ordered a kit for a 5-a-side team. Amy T was handling our enquiry and was a massive help. Everything was talked over and double checked and the design was altered based on our demands and what we wanted. Prices were reasonable and delivery was faster than expected. 3 months later I wanted to add an extra shirt, and that was processed easily and hassle-free as well.

Fantastic customer service. I was a bit dubious before I ordered my daughter some Nike shorts as I’d never heard of them. Cheapest I found, arrived quickly, found out they were faulty and contacted them. After a few emails and photos they arranged for a new pair to be sent out and they said keep the damaged pair. Can’t fault them

I couldnt rate the service I received any higher! I did have a quality issue with one of the items in my order. I contacted Jack at customer services he organised a full refund, without me having to go to the hassle of returning the item. I have since placed a further order, both orders arrived quickly

Great company. Very helpful. Sorted out all our uniform needs. Not just a sportswear supplier did all our outdoor work wear. Embroidered our logo’s on everything. Everything came on time and if we had any queries they helped us straight away. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Should be your first port of call for any kind of kit. Thanks Joe and the team

The item I ordered was out of stock, but still ordered and I said that we would wait for the stock to come in. The stock was delayed but I was kept informed all the way through until the item arrived in.my postbox. Great service, and great product, thank-you.

Ordered a goalkeeping top on a Monday was delivered by Wednesday! Sadly though it was too small for my son so had to return it, which is quick, easy and free! Will definitely use again and recommend.

The communications throughout the order and delivery process were great, Kitlocker are using DPD for delivery who were also great in providing tracking details and options. I had one small problem with the order - contacted Customer Services and they were both quick and really helpful. Definitely recommend

I bought a personalised football strip for my 6yr old sons birthday. He absolutely loved it! I am now considering buying another for his friend. It was also delivered well within the expected time frame so I was able to give it to him on his birthday. Thank you!
