IKEA local collection

Great service . Easily ordered online , paid £5 for delivery to collection point. Poor bloke working when I arrived hadn't done the job and was filling in for someone who hadn't turned up . He did a grand job and was very cheery and helpful

Superb easy to find and excellent service By far much easier than travelling all the way to Lakeside or Milton Keynes.

Really good signage for collection point, so easy to find zone A. Just one guy sorting all the orders in the freezing cold on his own - think he does a great job, really helpful and super polite too! I helped a customer in front as she had a huge order to get in her car - the staff member isn’t allowed to help for obvious reasons - it’s the same everywhere! IKEA also inform you it’s just a collection point and make a point to explain there will be no help - no one at New Look or Argos take your purchases to your car for you so I’m not sure why people think it’s any different. Go to an Ikea store and they don’t load your enormous order into your car either!

Two points of improvement for IKEA are…
1) Make more collection points!
2) Have a second member of staff to help incase things get busy!

Great location, didn't realise IKEA did this until this order.

Much closer and more convenient than going to a store, plus, cheaper than normal delivery, we would do this again.

Excellent way to get IKEA products locally, the guy working there was helpful, loading area is under cover so no worries about loading your vehicle in a torrential rain shower!

Picked up some bits here from Ikea yesterday. The guy was very friendly and helpfull. Was easy to get too; and an all round good experience, 5/5 stars from me.

Very efficient. Pickup point is under cover so good if it is raining.
Easy to find, has direction signs to guide you.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Began queuing via collection space in car. Order was brought out within 5 minutes nice quick and easy process.

I have given up trying to get stuff delivered from Ikea. Just tried to order a Billy bookcase and the nearest collection point was Tesco Cambridge, and I could only collect on 26 Jan 8am - 10am or 4pm - 6pm. I couldn't choose another date. Risby wasn't even an option. Bought an alternatvie online who will deliver to the door for free.
