The rudest staff you could hope to come up against. Toilets were filthy and very smelly.
Prices on the goods to not always tally with what they charge at the till.

Maybe they are under new management, I just went and had a good experience. The staff was working very hard and they were friendly!

Didn’t go to the toilet so I can’t comment on that, but food wise I found there were plenty of options and everything was fresh. Staff were nice too.

We've been in this BP Marks & Spencers on the 01/01/2024 for a meal deal. The review is rated 4* due to a limited amount of meal deal sandwich options. I think at different times there aew more, but not as much as Tesco, or Sainsburys for an example.

I sure hope the meal deal tastes good upon arriving home.

Good spot that next to the airport

Gone there the one night with a lady serving just to know that I couldn't be served with a luxury hot chocolate. The next day I went again with a guy this time everything was fine.. like really guys.. otherwise you have the best banana, pineapple smoothie 🥤❤🎯

Mały wybór asortymentu. Brak koszyków zakupowych. Sprawna obsługa.

Used to have to come here daily. First of all there is a serious problem with taxis being parked everywhere including all the double yellow lines. The amount of rubbish laying about is also a disgrace. By far the most shocking part is the state of the toilets. The smell is unbearable and usually always signs of faeces outside of the toilet bowl itself!

The staff are all friendly but I think they are losing a battle against the taxi drivers who just use it as a big carpark whilst waiting for arrivals at the airport.

Terrible M&S with very basic options and hardly any vegan options. I found a vegan wrap and that was it. Miserable staff, dirty toilets, it’s grim. Don’t visit guys.

Filthy toilets and floors, which are transferred into food shop. Totally disgusting. Staff attitude ignorant and off hand when complaint made. I didn’t want to leave any stars but I was unable to post this, so left one as the food looked ok. BP and M & S need to get a grip because these complaints appear to date back at least five years. In the meantime, DON’T USE THIS SHOP!
