Had my recent eye test last week the optician was brilliant very helpful and knowledgeable and when finished passed me over to her Colleague Milly who was equally knowledgeable and helpful altogether a very professional team and excellent experience.

Very helpful staff. I bought two products the cashier said I could have another one for free. Excellent service

Great service, only a small shop but stocks plenty of products, can be queues at time, but they do cover a big population.

Last week I visited Liskeard Boots pharmacy with a prescription for my mother. I had been to the other chemist in Liskeard and they were very unhelpful but what a difference when I was served by Belinda Hall. She went out of her way to sort a problem with the prescription, ringing Rosedean arranging for me to collect a new prescription all the while treating me sympathetically as my mother was end of life. She even stayed on to make sure I got what I needed. I can not thank her enough for her kindness. Thank you Belinda

Popped in here as my husband forgot his gout pills. Unfortunately as we live in Wales they couldn't help. But a nice young lad who works there was very helpful and polite and gave him advice to help. Thanks for trying

Recommended by a friend to call in here, need some photos printed from my phone. Was not aware of this service before today and needed a little guidance from a member of staff.

Everyone in this pharmacy works hard, is welcoming and is a pleasure doing business with. It is a very busy pharmacy and they do the very best to be as fast, efficient and welcoming as they can.

All Staff are helpful, happy, discreet when needed, pharmacy team are excellent certainly the best boots to use in the Liskeard Looe area fully recommend five stars. Thank you girls and Mat!!!!! you guys always pick me up......errr wrong words to use for a Epileptic!!!! But you know what I mean.

Roger and Oscar (a service dog) not that I'm homophobic or anything just want to be politically correct!!!!!!!! Oh I also think that the shop its is always clean and uncluttered very tidy. The only negative I would say, as a ex-management on a cruise line would be more staff needed both in the pharmacy and shopfloor. As the staff looked extremely stretched at times. Marta the comment below, I think is totally right, however the pharmacist I spoke to who was extremely sympathetic and understanding who was obviously from Spain totally got my needs correct. And for that I'm truly thankful. I'm proud to say to my family and friends to go to Boots Liskeard for any medical help before going to the GP as the team in Boots can normally help and save you a trip and time for not having to use your doctor. I believe in credit where credit is due. And this certainly is the case here. Well done Boots Liskeard.

I had an awkward online purchase return which was brilliantly sorted out by the duty manageress on Monday 7th March at the Liskeard store.
