An amazing local shop with local produce , a quaint little coffee area selling fabulous pies , sandwiches and cakes.
The owner is a lovely guy offering a first class local community service 😀

A marvellous stop off after a cold walk on the fells. Not only serving hot drinks to warm you through, with accompanying cakes and pastries but an oasis in the village for visitors and village folk alike.

We had a warm welcome from two wonderful ladies that served us.

So if you are caught short…. Need a coffee, some cake….. to condiments to corn flakes it’s the place! It has wine too for that real emergency! ✌🏻

Fantastic store with great, friendly owners and staff. They sell just about everything from marmalade to mousetraps. There are fresh sandwiches, hot pies and bacon butties for sale and you can sit in too with a great cup of tea or coffee. Very helpful in the recent bad weather with locals and visitors alike. Very impressed. Thanks 👍

Askham stores is a cracking little store for locals and visitors alike. When you want to avoid the 10 mile round trip to the nearest other shops, it's a little life saver. Simon, Tracey and all the other staff are friendly and on hand to help out - well done!

Bought some lovely sandwiches from this store four our lunch whilst on the go. Askham looked a lovely place.
