B&M Store

Good store with plenty on offer, car park is small compared to other b&m stores with if I'm honest isn't good for bigger vehicles. I didn't dare use a trolley after the last b&m took me off my feet with static!

Shelves always stocked to the brim and Friendly staff always willing to help.

Full credit to the customer service staff at the Pwllheli store today! I will be shopping there again!!

Amazing change in staff attitude towards customers at B and M Pwllheli. Staff used to be very abrupt and offish. I always came out of the shop feeling low. Wow. On the last two recent occasions every member of staff made an effort to look at me in the face and smile(I hope it's not because I look odd 😀). I found them very approachable and helpful. They seem to be happier in their work as a team too. Now,when I need household goods or other domestic products (they have a good range of useful products and items to buy as presents) I think of B and M first. When customers are met with a smile it brightens their day. It did mine. And customers need to reciprocate. Smiles are infectious and can lead to bouts of laughter 🙂

Well love B & M this store is clean and tidy and well stocked the prices are great to got a jar of Nescafe coffee 900g jar for £4.49 I usually pay £8.99 so am very happy if you keep a look out you can find some great bargains.

B&m is a big store with plenty of selections to choose from great value for money and a value for money on chocolate and sweets for christmas. A tub if barratt retros only cost me £2.99 for a 630g tub. Staff are friendly and the store was spotless.

Enjoy shopping at this store, not too busy, sanitizer at the door, social distancing. Generally get what i go in for. I recommend this store, great service from the staff as well

During this epidemic, I have found the staff in the Pwllheli store to be very helpful in this difficult time, with the help of the staff I was able to purchase what I needed, A HUGE thanks to Arthur for his help while I as a pensioner needed him.
