Asda Pwllheli Supermarket

We were there week back for holidays. After buying my personal shopping I went on to the group shopping. After I made the payments,I have forgotten my personal shopping bag by the till.
By the time I realised we were at the holiday cottage. Went in next morning and found th3 items secured by the kid shopping assistant lady. Kids were over joyd to find the chocolates in there and the lady refused to accept even chocolate. Honest and professional worker ! Thanks Asda for retaining such a good workforce.

Great shop right in the middle of town.

Usual asda fare. Friendly staff. If you overstay on carpark they will issue a ticket. Unenforceable. Ignore it and subsequent threats and they stop contacting you.

Good selection of fresh produce including bakery. Worth a stop if you are just passing through and want a snack or lunch as they have a great range of premade sandwiches / wraps etc. We were impressed!

Great choice, good parking and friendly staff

Not my experience, my 70 year old Dad, he suffers with emphysema, and had a very breathless episode in your store. A very kind member of staff, helped him, and assisted him to his car. I wanted to thank the member of staff who looked after him. It was on Monday 24th October. Please could someone pass on my thanks.

I must have gone to a different store because other reviews vary wildly from mine. The staff were friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. All that I can think is that there are some very hard to please customers.

Was packed with people but was very well stocked with bargains and deals staff were nice and friendly too

So I tried to send a email to the pwllheli asda store but seem to struggle in being able to get a message across. And feel silly in making a call. But I wanted to give a huge shout out to all the team. Who without fail everytime I go in after I have finished my own shift working in a similar role in retail, I'm greeted with kind smiles. I asked a lovely young gent who was working on the fresh aisle the other day if they had a certain product. He assisted in helping with a lovely warm smile and whom was very kind and thoughtful. At a time thats very stressful for all staff 'well everyone in matter of fact' but specially retail staff... everyone is always lovely and I'm always left feeling greatful to be treated with respect. So hats off to you all guys. You deserve lots of recognition 👏

Thank you so much to the 2 assistants who helped us when we had a disaster with 3 bottles when we were picking up our order from the car park. Like all the people in this store they were very helpful. Much appreciated.

Excellent supermarket. About what you'd expect at a place like this. Friendly helpful staff and decent prices. What's not to like?

Went to collect an order from the store on 26/05/19 a for Madryn Holiday Park was helped by a lovely lady called liz Duffy who found someone to assist me to the back to get the order. She Couldn't do enough to help . Although I forgot to bring the ordered ice with the order, I just assumed id been given everything, but wonderful service from Liz.. thank you Liz for your help 😊

Good Asda with good range of stuff. Reasonably good George clothing department. Surprisingly no petrol filling station though. Fuel extortionate in the area and there's no supermarket competition.

Fastest click and collect experience ever. Use the app to say you're on your way. Brilliant friendly helpful staff.

Not too busy, antibacterial sanitizer at entrance for trolleys and hands.

Great range of products and helpful staff!

Not the biggest ASDA store but big enough to do a full weekly shop with plenty of products and choice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good sized supermarket, large range of goods. Friendly staff. Ample parking.
Face masks, sanitising before entering.

My card was refused at the checkout but one of the staff helped me and was able to do it the second time really helpful and polite
