Excellent customer service at the shop at Pwllheli today. Think she was the manager we dealt with. We bought a small garden table and 2 chairs, small scratch on the chairs. She immediately, looked to find and check 2 more chairs. Excellent customer service thank you .

Couldn't believe the amazing clothes I bought! A definate place to visit. Shame it didn't have a changing room.... I'd have probably bought more! Wonder why they don't do an online shopping facility. I would def be a regular customer as there are no shops in London

I have been to a few of the original factory shops around the UK. They are all laid out the same. They all have very friendly staff and everything is easy to find. One of my favourite shops.
