Friendly and helpful staff. Will do you credit if they know you well enough. Or if you find yourself short on the amount of money that you need for what you are purchasing, they will let you off or let you pay the difference next time you visit. I had my dog with me last week and I didn't feel safe leaving him outside, so I asked if I could bring him in and they were ok with that and very understanding

Your quick enough to take our money for goods , politeness costs nothing , look after your customers and they will return , loose customers and you will shut down .

I'm only giving 1star because I have to, I'd like to put -10 for the fact you gave my Evri parcel to someone else!!! The man on the counter was rude, and dismissive. Didn't wait for me to finish telling him the tracking number, so not surprised it was given to someone else. Complaint to Evri made! I will never use your store again! You obviously don't care about customers, so rude!!

Incredibly rude staff, especially if you’re using their Evri service they will ignore you and push you to the back of the queue if there are other customers - won’t be shopping there again or using their services, very very rude

Not a good place to shop; dirty and rude staff.

Absolutely terrible, bought a vape which was faulty from the second it came out the packet, didn’t work at all, went to return or get a refund and was told ‘it’s not my problem it doesn’t work’. Not even willing to compromise for a refund, Refused from the get go

Very rude will never shop there again didn't acknowledge I was there when they scanned my cigarette she just through them at me
