The service and friendly welcome from Steven and his assistant was great.
He sorted out our problem and we were on our way.

Got an upgrade and needed assistance. Jason sorted with no worries (just cost me a pint whilst waiting for him to do it!). Great service and the main reason I stayed with 3 despite cheaper deals on offer.

Absolutely love the phone I purchased through Three. I've had the service for 5 months Now and have been to the store multiple times.
The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and fast with out being rude. They always tend to be busy, but I have always received fast service. 5-10 minute is worth the time to receive their service.

Was served by a chap called Mark. He was absolutely brilliant. Extremely helpful. Answered every single one of my questions with clear and concise answers. Helped me select a phone that I am loving. He also had a good sense of humour which was pretty boss.

Fantastic staff at 3 in Bury St Edmunds nothing is too much for them to do all are very curtious well mannered and go the extra mile to help and they do know what they are talking about especially Jason and Lewis who helped me last Saturday hence 5* given.

Although a small location, the service and the pricing are well worth the time. Three provides excellent cell phone roaming plans perfect for international travel, and good coverage throughout the UK as well.
