A VERY big shout out for Teddy at the Bury St Edmunds store who went above and beyond to sort out my Advantage card. Thank you Teddy, you were marvellous.

I went for an eye test. That went fine - my eyesight I'd a bit worse but that was to be expected atmy age. What was EXCELLENT about my visit was the lady who helped me choose my new glasses. I think she was South African but I'm afraid I didn't get her name. She was really helpful - if she wasn't enthusiastic I knew they didn't suit me. When she gave a nod I knew they did. It's so difficult to be objective on your own but she made it a pleasure. Thank you

Today I visited Boots in Bury St Edmunds and I just wanted to say that Elliot in the Beauty Area was so attentive, helpful and patient - Nothing was too much trouble Elliot helped me find the makeup I was looking for - I usually find this department daunting as I don't study make up videos or read magazines, today Elliot made my visit a lot easier and Im stocked up now!

I get my pills from Boots and I find the people who worked in there are very helpful and polite have been with them for year's xxxx

Must be my favourite shop in all of town - the staff are so friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well organised, there is everything you could possibly want with the upstairs boasting even more departments such as the opticians and boots photo

Large store full of everything anyone could ever need, from haircare to drugs to creams, this is the place to go for any pharmaceutical needs. It's never overcrowded, prices are reasonable and staff are always welcoming and happy to help.

As usual 5 star service from the staff on the opticians counter...that's why we won't go anywhere else to have our eyes checked 👀..

I've only ever used Boots, as the staff are so helpful, they have time to explain what ever you ask. High quality of goods, and a very high quality of staff... Well done.

Wonderfully kind lady on the No 7 makeup counter today, really went the extra mile helping my 89 year old mummy in her wheelchair pick out some lipstick.. Much appreciated.

Always buy my makeup from boots, Ellie served me at the till and was super chatty and lovely and helped me out by putting student discount on my card! :)

Myself and my children had our eyes tested here, very helpful and polite staff, the optician was lovely, well recommended.

Good selection as always, really friendly staff and prescription service quick and organised. Really like this shop and the staff
