Awful , awful!
They charged my partner (he do not shop online and is not very familiar with returning parcels) £0.95 for using their collect+. I was sending a parcel to a lady who bought something from me on Vinted. She paid for postage, so I sent my partner to the shop with the parcel and digital label. This guy said to him that free drop-off is only for people who buys anything from the shop. If he doesn't, he needs to pay for dropping off the parcel. If I only knew it straight away! I would make him regret he was ever born!!! On the other time my neighbour told me she was charged different prices by different people working there, he asked her to leave his shop while she mentioned this. Once I had to call the police on them as they refused to give me my parcel. She scanned it so many times it didn't work , then I got a message that the parcel was collected when i went home. I went back and showed that to the punjabi lady and she still refused to give it to me. She only been saying problem, machine, problem , tomorrow. Her English was so poor there was no way to sort it out. So ignorant. I wish them nothing but close down. Awful service! AVOID!!!!!
Will report it to Yodel as I'm pretty sure drop off is free and do get paid by delivery company.

Do not use for click and collect!
When you get confirmation that your parcel is ready to collect they tell you "we were too full to except it" and it went back to the sender.
But according to the company that sent the goods they were signed for!
They should be struck off offering this service!

Went to drop off a pre paid parcel at this collect+ shop, but the cheeky sods wanted me to pay a ‘service fee’ since I wasn’t buying anything in the shop! Absolute conmen, took my parcel to another store and definitely won’t be back to this dive! 😆

So rude for drop off of parcels. Handwritten sign stating 'max 10 minute wait' says it al!. Shop empty, still had to wait whilst shopkeeper did nothing! Parcel dropped at back of shop in a shopping basket - not sure it was at all secure. Lets wait and see. Very rude and unhelpful, should not have this contract.

1 litre Smirnoff vodka no more than water, the same with a litre of Bells whisky. It’s obvious they are selling tampered with alcohol which means their suppliers are dodgy. Do not buy without reassurance of replacement!

Stole my parcel.
Claimed they don't have it and didn't accept it despite being part of ebay's click and collect service and me having not only proof of delivery but a literal photo of the parcel on their shop counter. Flat out refused to even look for it, incredibly rude as well.

Overcharged me by £40, couldn't refund with the card machine so threw the cash at me.

Same comment as others: they will charge you to use Collect+ even though it should be free as outlined by Collect + themselves. Scam scam scammy.

Tried to send yodel parcel guy behind counter didn’t know how to process shut door and said come back next week arrogant rude no wonder bad feedback on store need someone in store who understands process losing lots of business

Very rude people , wanted to charge 95p to drop a parcel off when yodel pay them for being an agent , this is a dirty shop that has no idea of customer service , AVOID !!!!

Tries to charge 95p for paypoint use if your not a regular customer and very rude to elderly customer

Charges by them for paypoint are illegal so will reporting them to trading standards
