Wondeful staff and decent product price in store, ive been going there for almost 5 years and the staff are always polite and make an effort to remember stuff. Amazing deal on monsters, have to say i go there alot for monster, snacks and dinners when i run out, i cant ever seem to find another nisa like it or one that is to the same standard

Need a reliable Post Office? This is not the one. Used to be ran well with the previous owner, now with new owner and this shop becoming a Premier you can say goodbye to the old customer service offered by this post office. Post office shut at 1pm on a Thursday, people walking in just to walk straight back out.

If you find the post office open, the young lads on the post office know their stuff and you will be fine. If you happen to find the lady (only lady I know of that works on the post office) working, don't even attempt to use it. Walk out and go directly to the Bradpole road post office. I tried to deposit cash once when she was on and she was too lazy to bother to offer the service.

The bloke behind the till when I went in was rude and very unhelpful. I asked for him to read out the vape flavours behind the till as I explained that my vision is not very good and I couldn’t read them myself. I very rudely got told that he had boxes to unpack and that he wouldn’t help me. TERRIBLE customer service and would not go back to this shop again unless I had no other choice. Incompetent staff who clearly don’t want to be there (this was just now so an early Saturday evening). Reading the rest of the reviews too, rude staff members seem to be an ongoing issue at this place.

Appalling service. Although I was next to be served at the post office a lady pushed in with magazines and was served by the person dealing with the post office instead of calling someone to help. Two young girls very politely asked if we were queuing for the post office and moved over to the shop queue. Instead of coming back to the post office till the young man obviously preferred to serve the young girls and when I said I was next he said that he was on the shop till. I left and went to Bradpole Road where the service is exceptional and will not be returning to Throop. What a pity that the Co-op didn't get the Post Office franchise.

Friendly efficient customer service. However really lacking in Covid 19 safety protocols. Staff not supplied with adequate PPE or adequate physical barriers for their own safety and the safety of their customers. No respect for in store for any social distancing and experienced many customers not wearing masks or face coverings.

I’ve used quite a few Nisa stores around Bournemouth that have a post office in them and always found them excellent, sadly not this one , the lady is very unhelpful, quite rude at times , I’m actually shocked at the attitude she has towards her customers, being polite and serving with a smile costs nothing .

RUDE MANAGER AND OVERCHARGE FOR PRODUCTS. I post the same size and weight parcels everyday at post offices all over town and they're £3.70 however the manager of this branch overcharged by nearly £2 and when queried got a rude response. Also zero covid19 precautions anywhere in the store, no social distancing, no screens, no staff face masks. Stay clear of this place

The lady in here does not smile and really is miserable, one day dogs are allowed the next day they are not , the next day I go and there are dogs in there , good little shop but the lady ruins it with her awful attitude, customer service goes a long way in a retail shop

The indian owner was very rude towards me and lazy he was stood right by the till and ignored me waiting, I had to wait for another member of the stuff to help me I will not be shopping there again
