Very spacious shop floor with a wide range of music and collectibles. Vinyl records were organised alphabetically by artist name. Great selection of records in their 3 for £55 deal, which is a bargain.

The reinvention of HMV is an interesting and exciting shop. Not just music here but a bit of a Forbidden Planet style foray into the world of manga and anime

Visited the new store today, looks amazing spacious has some pinball and such cool things especially for young and old collectors love the the whole vibe of the place. The only downside is going to be my bank balance 🤣🤣 the kids love it has all thier favorite things so will definately be a regular returning customer. Staff were super friendly and it has a lift so definitely wheelchair friendly glad to see it return in a big way to our town as it seemed wrong not to visit when it the old shop shut.

If you are into the more niche of items such as anime, k-pop and D&D then this is the place to go. Great selection on the afor mentioned plus a decent selection of blu-ray, dvd, cd and vinyl etc. They have a few novelty items such as mugs and t-shirts (some great mugs for work!!) Staff, in my opinion are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of what they sell. HMV have started to branch out with games consoles, mainly the PS5 and have a small selection of game, but it is small. But for music etc there is always lots to choose from.

Nice to have a place to buy quirky stuff as well as music. They are occupying very large store and could have way more merchandise. I often take the kids there just to look around what they have. Kids enjoy the free games while I look around.
Some of their stuff is expressive though as you can find out for half the price in the county mall. But since stuff they have no one has. So it's still worth poping in.

Great to have a music shop in town 😀 to actually browse the music cds,t_shirts,merchandise and dvds,and much more in store.Staff at Crawley always willing to help,and very knowledge in products and ordering items they may not have in store.

Has Funkos for a great price and thingou normally need to buy for items such as battery's are already in them

Awesome spacious dog-friendly store with arcade machines, friendly and helpful staff and even live music performances. They also keep us updated through their social media channels (Instagram & TikTok) so you can see what new stuff they have in. Can't recommend it more highly!

I’m so glad HMV is back, & that it’s moved forward with the times, most of us stream music now & that was the downfall of HMV. But the new shop is something Crawley has needed for years, hair dyes we could only get in Brighton are finally accessible, the whole shop is a pop culture haven, and I’m here for it it. I’m hoping you guys will fill the gap that Game has left behind & maybe start trading second hand games, and I can’t wait to see how the live music goes, the potential here is huge.

A calm and relaxed environment for window lookers and shoppers alike. This store offers all the blessings of popular culture and it has almost all the accessories related to popular culture.

As the only real purveyor of physical entertainment media, HMV is a joy to go to. Crawley's new premises is spacious, well stocked, bright and friendly. The staff are helpful and it's always a joy to actually sift through, CDs, Blu-rays and even vinyl before choosing what to buy. To HMV (particularly, the Crawley store) and any independent entertainment retailers... THANK YOU!!!

HMV is a great shop to purchase the latest audio or video products. It has a wide variety of genres and lots of high tech music players.

Great shop,more than just a record,cd etc with games,toys and sweet's to name a few.
