Lovely owner who always takes the time to chat and explain different products. Reasonable pricing and good quality. Great for first time puppy owners!

We love going to Totley tails and whiskers. Always made to feel welcome and special, lots of fuss for puppy Cooper, knowledgeable helpful staff. Best local pet shop by far.

I have used Totley Tails and Whiskers virtually from it opening few years ago.
I now just have one dog, 1 cat and 2 horses.
I get my animal food and treats, he sells raw food etc and all the collars, leads, Halti type facial support, muzzles of different sorts, tags and dog coats, cat and dog toys l get all from Mike and his fantastic helper Leslie, sometimes Lee helps out she is lovely also. He has a fantastic stock selection and will try to get what you need if he doesn't have it in. l buy bird feeders and all the bird feed l need. Every other week l buy a sack of sunflower hearts and once a month, a half sack of Mealworms, suet in different forms, nyjer seeds, etc. When the weather's better we get our pond fish pellets.
Mike now stocks sacks of logs which are great, good burners and kindling good prices.
He stocks some horse feed and some bedding but could probably get what you need also.
It really is a good friendly pet shop.
