Co-op Food - Totley

Great local shop, well-stocked, with helpful staff. Fresh veg and fruit and great reductions. Love my Co-op membership cashback and Totum card discounts. Thanks for stocking organic, local and fairtrade produce.

Co-op Totley were really helpful and good-natured in trying to find a lost receipt for me today.Even searched through recently collected rubbish, then kindly gave me a computer print out!! Very impressed!! Very good shop!!!!

Very helpful and polite during these difficult times. Always friendly if I need to take my child with me as it can be quite stressful. Really appreciate the my Hermes drop off point. Thanks

I’ve left feedback for the manager twice but it still always happens.

Would not recommend using their parcel services.

Staff are friendly but really need to sort out the way they store and handle parcel deliveries. Every time I've collected a parcel at this coop has taken at least 15 minutes because they cant find it due to lack of proper storage. The latest collection took 20 minutes and they eventually just admitted they'd lost it. Leaving me with no option to leave the store and try and contact Hermes to explain their mistake (which is impossible as there's no means to contact Hermes). Wouldn't mind if this was the first time, but always have issues with this Coop.
