While it is on the expensive side, it was really good to be able to order online and have it delivered. We often ordered wine through UberEats and they would arrive promptly. Sometimes they don't have the wine I ordered but they would usually call up in advance to work out an alternative.

I was shocked ! one of the guys from the till put his hand in his trousers, scratched himself a while (backside) and then started again to scan food with same hand . His jacket and hands were very dirty too.
part two : went to collect a parcel, my name was recognized from the previous feedback, (i was asked if that was my feedback at the till). handover of the parcel been refused to me.
so leaving aside the lack of personal hygene, (which can pose a health risk for the customers) lack of proffesionalism (criticism to be taken in account to improve activity) we can also see a vindictive attitude. what else can go wrong ?

Very rude Indian guy. Hope someone will explain how to be more respectful and professional.
