5* only for worker dress as Grinch at 10.30pm, quality of food was most were 24 December. Not good as most is for 25/26 when stores are closed. Little range. Poor management for stock management. clearly need retraining, as some items I got on Monday from same Tesco have longer dates

I love shopping here it's a fantastic place

Very spacious and well layed out, plus openair car park...... A much better Tesco than the Stourbridge one..... Better selection of bakery, cakes.

Great supermarket. Good prices, easy parking. Always had a good experience. Located in centre of town but easy to get to and probably has the best choice of food and drink in the town.

Always great service at this store, however today went to get travel currency from there , for the first time.EXCEPTIONAL gold star service from Lucy .I was only buying a small amount, but she couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable.A superstar, and an asset to Tesco Kiddy-thank you !

Brilliant tesco. Large airy with toilets, cafe, the vast grocery aisles and large f and f clothing section.

I went shopping at 0600 hrs today. I needed a paper but they weren't quite ready. The member of staff asked which one I needed and would I mind just giving her a minute and come back shortly. As I continued around the store, she found me and gave me my paper. Now that is what I call excellent customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond, and making the start well.

Great store, usually has everything I need. Stock getting better even in current crisis. Friendly staff. People complain about the parking but if the system wasn't in place they'd be moaning there was no parking. Not like it's difficult but hey ho.

I love shopping at Tesco because I can find everything I need and I must say, the staff is very friendly and always available to help.

I Would like to say that u have some fab staff in tesco.
One lade she is usually on the slow Lane till . I think she may be Philapene . I have mobility issues and me and My friend always go to her till.
She is amazing and nothings is to much trouble for her .she always had a smile ,I went shopping on my own the other day and she passed me and asked do I kneed help , please please recognise her for her people skills , she makes my shopping trip so pleasant. We'll done

Nice big store. Lots of parking, don't forget to validate your ticket if you park more than an hour.

Just would like to say A BIG HUGE THANK YOU to one of store Managers while waiting for the store to open at 8am i did not realise i was to early. Myself and gentleman who was also waiting was offered a lovely cup of coffee such kindness in this present time was so thoughtful. He is a credit to Tesco s.

Tesco Superstore is my favourite choice of supermarket in Kidderminster, and always carries an excellent range of stock, that's always reasonably priced. We've been quite fortunate recently, and came out with two bags full of reduced items, as they were nearing their sell by date. They also have a sale on at the moment, amongst the F&F range of clothing, and I've managed to pick up some items from there too. Not only is it a general supermarket, and sells clothing, footwear, and jewellery, but it also has an in-store pharmacy, a mobile phone shop, a cafe and toilets too, as well as a postbox, and it's own petrol station. So there's everything you need, under one roof. With the staff always welcoming, helpful and friendly, Tesco is an overall excellent shopping experience, that I would recommend to everyone, in the neighborhood.

Have always loved it .Untill internal security started bugging .We shopped from the very first day it opened and we're happy .Stopped going .There was no reason l was a shop keeper my self .we wouldn't steal from another shop keeper .Trying it out after many years to see if it's any easier to shop.
They have a huge range and loads of choice and well priced .at this MegaTesco super store .
