Fantastic service from Hailey in the cafe, what an absolute gem, professional, kind and courteous. She made the whole experience of having a relaxing coffee with my family well worth it, I've visited twice from Wolverhampton and she's just fantastic. See you soon Hailey, thanks Jas ❤

Enjoyed a special edition wrap for light lunch by the busy Avon on sunny day

Zander & Ellie were brilliant, really helped me out yesterday they went above and beyond with a smile.

Very good shop, enjoy going there. Neat and organised, good selection of clothes, some cosmetics and food. Value for money, no frills.
Only disappointment was the fact that fitting rooms downstairs were closed, due to lack of staff as shop assistant pointed out without mentioning that one on first floor was open. Luckily I found out, otherwise hadn't been able to buy my awesome new trousers.

Really helpful member of staff (didn't get her name but helped update a credit note after a part purchase). The till did not want to play ball but the member of staff's patience and politeness was a credit to her and the store so well done M & S. As this was my first visit to Stratford in 20 years, happy to go back again and definitely go back to the store.

I visited the food hall, buying salad chilled soup & yoghurts. I was served very quickly by a very nice member of staff. I then had a coffee & my favourite cheese scones in Stratford! The staff were Rose , Alison and Sam, as always they were very friendly & efficient! Then I bought a pack of pants from the underwear dept. My experience of shopping in this store was a pleasant experience. Well done M&S Stratford upon Avon!

A fairly large M&S store compared to my local branch. I actually only went in here to have a cup of coffee in their upstairs canteen, the service was very quick and friendly and would have no issues with going again should I be in the area.

Went In store yesterday. I was helped by a lovely lady called Cathy she went above and beyond to help me. She made my shopping a pleasure not a chore. She was pleasant and professional throughout the time she helped me. She is definitely a great credit to your store.

The best marks and spencer. The staff are amazing & so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, especially Kate the clothes manager. The food hall is well stocked & can't resist shopping here.

Only use it for food always very good. They recently did that irritating thing that all supermarkets do and moved stock around so you can't find what you want without walking round in circles for half an hour. Supermarkets every where stop it. We have better things to do with our lives!

We were on holiday at nearby Paxford went to this M&S to buy few grocery and collect pre ordered Birthday cake on 15th of Dec 2018. The assistant at the food till was warm, welcoming , friendly , did quick job and called her colleague to find out for me where to collect my order. At the collection point I was waiting 2/3 minutes on a que, one of the supervisor/manager ( slim brunette lady with glasses ) approached me and look for my ordered and kindly gave me bag for the cake. I do appreciate the great service always get excellent service from M&s employees around any M&S I end up.

Central city location. Great range of stock with some good specials (late June). Helpful staff when wanted. Clean and tidy store with good facilities. Has lift, escalators and stairs.

A well run shop that looks after the elderly and disabled people. Staff very helpful and friendly. More shops should provide seat for people who have difficulty standing and walking. Thanks jeff from Leamington Spa.

Marks and Spencer’s food hall is where I want to be if there is an apocalypse . I tried the couscous and fruit. DELICIOUS. The fruit was so fresh and all the pre-made food looked amazing. The range of food was astounding. This must be food heaven.

My wife became ill in the shop. The first aider who helped her was kindness exemplified. She was absolutely first class. Her name is Karen. Well done Marks & Spencer for having her.

Always worth a visit. Cafe needs better range of cakes though. There is a far better choice in the food hall

Was assisted by a very helpful lady Linda Clarke. We were away for the weekend and Linda was cheerful, had a chat with us and made our visit memorable. Thank you!

Food section amazing with great choice of foods and really well presented. Great "Dine in" deals.

Great choice. Hugeee store. Loved the shoes department and the best they have tags on the shoes which are leather and which are vegan.
