As newsagents go, it seemed pretty good. Popped in whilst waiting for chinese food to be cooked, seemed to have a range of food and staff were nice and friendly (even though it was a saturday night!)

Much improved since being taken over by Morrisons ! Better layout, with new refrigeration units. Better fresh food options.

Great shop friendly staff will be back

Has never let me down on my newspaper deliveries.

Mostly friendly staff, customer service keep you waiting, without acknowledging you are waiting, a bit abrupt in their manner, maybe could use re training, as become complacent when you approach, rotating staff usually helps in my own experience, as area manager. Shame because floor staff and cashiers are very helpful and approachable. Same position staff can become stale mate, or need refresher courses. A tip would be: smile and say sorry for keeping you waiting, how may I help....

Yet again “we’re not taking parcels today” how many times does this have to happen. Why bother to offer Yodel service

EVERY time I come here it's 'sorry I can't take any more parcels' every single time. This has resulted in me loosing out & having to refund people on vinted many times. Most staff are rude also, however seems to be 1 new member who is lovely

Unfortunately this shop has a bad egg, the lady that works on the weekend refuses to take parcels telling you they are full or tgat you can only drop 2 in.. When she does take parcels she then doesn't scan them, meaning ypur parcel goes in the bag and goes missing.
Such a shame as its our local shop and we no longer use it

The staff are all abrupt and generally quite rude and unhelpful. Experienced this on three separate occasions with different staff members. Also say they can’t take a parcel on a Monday due to staff shortage, however two staff in a store smaller than my living room both doing very little with their time. Seems to me that the staff are just lazy and would benefit from a some training.

No milk 2 months ago , fridges out , no milk today still , fridges waiting for part , expected end of jam 2024 ! If the cant sell milk in the one fridge they have its a poor show , the place feels grubby and crammed in , no better now its a morrisons , useless , up to tesco in the village for me

To often refuses to take parcels, printer not working, no paper for printer, do not take parcels on a Monday etc. Frustrating

Popped in today to do my lottery, the young lady in there was very abrupt and rude .......totally unnecessary more interested in asking her colleague if he'd had a cup of tea. I won't be using this MC Colls again !!
