Superb service from a lovely young super polite chap on the tills

Tremendous customer experience and the staff are absolutely brilliant, as always.

I like the new self service check out facility. I know its not quite right for every customer but don't be rude to the front line staff if you don't like it.

I heard a horrible remark to a member of staff who was only trying to be helpful with the new arrangement, to be told that she would be made redundant!! That so called shallow customer has no idea of that member of staff circumstances.

You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Waitrose Stratford upon Avon is a lovely shop clean and spacious the staff are friendly.

Full size Waitrose with shelves well stocked with products. Free parking for 2 hours. Be careful when arriving and not to enter nearby paid parking.

Excellent as always! Well trained and helpful staff, and great produce!

Great shopping experience.
I love shopping at Waitrose, staff are really helpful, the Isles are spacious and you can get pretty much everything you want.
Highly recommended shopping here, oh and there's plenty of parking

The staff really do try and go out of their way to help. Just odd that it’s taken head office so long to allow local products that sell well to be replenished. P.s would love more Gluten Free beer options (Purity?)

Retail perfection! On site fresh Sushi. A decent cafe and truly superb staff.

The only complaint is the one -way markings in the car park have worn out; leading to head on confrontations with Lycra clad gym-mummies driving shiny new Cayenne’s the wrong way !

Realy nice shop, great location for access to Stratford.
We pick up a packed lunch in the morning or snacks if eating out, park in the rosebud parking for just £2 for the day, and on our way home shop for dinner

I love this store. There is a nice boy named abercrombie. I like him. He is a nice boy. Very much. The new hot chocolate makes me a very sad person. Please change it back to the old hot chocolate.

Friendly staff, plenty of parking.

Nice local shop with a nice sized car park. We came here for some bits we forgot when coming to Stratford-upon-Avon on holiday.
One great thing is Waitrose is one of the few remaining places to sell lemonade without artificial sweeteners. Shame there's not one in my home area.

Just had lunch in the newly reopened cafe. Philip and Susan, you are so lovely and welcoming. You obviously take great pride in the service you provide and it really shows. Thank you. 😊

Cotswold stone supermarket with free coffee. Great food choice.
Why are there never any staff on checkout in evening? Self service or basket only. There are so many young staff, it wouldn’t be a huge cost to spend a small amount of money always having one till in operation. It annoys so many customers who then have to search for a way to pay for goods.

excellent store to visit if your in the area, bit pricey but then that's waitrose for you

5 stars is for the staff..!! I have a son with complex needs who went missing in the store temporarily.. The staff were amazing and it was soon sorted.. Particularly a very tall guy in there was very helpful.

Great Waitrose, with its own sushi kitchen at the back of the store. Really good product ranges and very helpful staff. They also stock sparkling Shiraz!!!!!

Very nice store clean and well laid out. Easy to walk around and nice cafe.
