Great shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff, who always ask after our pups by name when we pop in and the boys are not with us!

We took our puppy into Pets Corner at Pound Hill to buy a new harness and collar. The service received about stock availability and recommendation of topper food was simply outstanding. Very helpful staff. Thank you

Visited here for the first time last week, lots of great choice of high quality pet food and other supplies. Staff knowledgeable and helpful. You can bring back your pet food bags for recycling and the company take their sustainability responsibilities very seriously. Thoroughly recommend.

One staff member, Nicky went above and beyond for me in August when this particular store had run out of Burgees Light rabbit food. Nicky contacted their other stores and picked a bag up for me in her lunch hour which I collected the same afternoon!

I visited this store in a bit of a flap towards the end of the day and the two staff members were so friendly and helpful. I was really quite stressed but they were both so nice and took the time out to listen to me and advise me. Will definitely visit this store again. Thanks for being so lovely!

Really impressed by the knowledgeable staff at this branch. I have a five month old Labrador who has been suffering with stomach problems for weeks. The member of staff I spoke to (Noah) immediately suggested the pup may have a wheat allergy and took great care to suggest an appropriate diet. The pup was transformed within 48 hours! (Also saving me vet bills!)

I have a 5 month old puppy and during the 3.5 months that I have had him I’ve have consulted various members of staff about toys, teething and changing his diet. I can honestly say the staff are very happy to help, knowledgeable about their products and always friendly which is welcome during these trying times. I prefer to shop here than other larger well known pet stores. Altogether a much more personal service. Thank you.

We have recently got Golden Retriever puppy and not having a dog before needed a lot of questions answered, the staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable, they always welcome us with open arms and love seeing the puppy. The only thing is my daughter loves the shop and staff so much it has become a weekly visit, I am sure she will grow out of it soon. Keep up the great work.

I’ve always been so super impressed with all the staff at this store, attached to British Garden Centre in Crawley. They are knowledgeable, super friendly and always so helpful. It does help that my Newfoundland, Bob, gets extra hugs when we go in. Thank you Team x

I went in to Pets Corner looking at getting my dog a new jacket for the Winter. Noah was very helpful helping me to find the right size and helping to put it on my dog he then went to find it in the colour I wanted he showed excellent customer service also the lovely lady behind the till gave my dog attention and a treat which made her day. Thank you so much for all your help we will definitely be back again.

My wife and I came to this store to purchase various items. We were extremely impressed with Chris who served us, his knowledge about animals was impressive and Nicky was also very helpful. We will definitely return to this store for all our pets needs. The store was also lovely, bright, clean and tidy.
