Despite being ignored by the daughters of David Dickinson at the fragrance section. We were helped by a very friendly member of the Boots team, we got good and knowledgeable assistance with our purchases today.

Having my local boots being closed, the next nearest was Castlepoint. I've not been a customer or goto Boots as a customer reguarly, but I was pleased with the efficent manner in how the pharmacy counter was being run. Parking was easy and I got my medicines within 10 minutes. I'll be glad to go back to this boots the next time I have to get my prescription and will allow more time to browse around the massive shop, it looks really good.
Thanks again to the team on the pharamacy counter, really pleasent people to deal with.

Great branch. The staff are always happy to help. Pharmacy staff are beyond helpful, so kind and friendly.

The five stars is for the security guard who bought it to my attention I had an item that was tagged and that every shop I would visit I would beep. He kindly took the tag off for me and was super friendly. Then I went to the Nars counter and came across the most beautiful girl who was only to happy to help me find the right shade of foundation. She was actively listening, heard my cry for help and totally zoned in to help me find the right product. She then led me to the Dior counter where I was introduced to another lady who with no hesitation was happy to help. And very kindly gave me some samples. They both just oozed good energy. And I just can't imagine how hard it must be to work in Boots at Castle Point. So thank you girls!!! Most excellent customer service. And you made me feel really welcome in such a hectic environment...thank you xxx

Needed to use pharmacy. The staff were helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.

I had a potentially complicated situation where my daughter received the wrong hair bow in a Boots package sent by a friend for her birthday. No receipt! The lady on the till was very understanding and helpful and kindly issued a gift receipt.
Overall, it's refreshing to deal with real customer care staff who can actually help, rather than the too common alternative response.
Thank you Boots and the nice lady on the till.

Booked for private vaccinations online and pharmacist was fantastic

The team in this shop are outstanding. I needed help and advice to buy something which was provided by two female Boots staff members. Altogether 5 members of the boots helped with advice which was polite, friendly, professional, accurate and efficiently delivered. Purchasing at the till was also quick and efficient. The assistant manager was impressive with her knowledge and friendly approach. This is the best Boots that I have visited and I have been to many. Thankyou to everyone at the store 5/5

This is the best boots store I know of. The staff knew their products and when I asked where something was we went straight there. The only down size the store does not have many if any staff on the tills by main exit

Fine went in to get some new razors found them price reasonable for 12 blades, just over £2each,so happy with that. Shop reasonably busy but did not have to wait too long to get served.
