Went in to buy a remote control...entire experience including selection less than 5 mins.
Took it back for a refund next day...less than 5 minutes again. Admittedly it was quiet in store, but none the less, very good customer service.

Excellent customer service from ordering in the shop to the delivery service I received. As it was a heavy item they brought it into my home and placed it in the correct place for me. 5* service thank you

I have just had a suite delivered and the three guys were brilliant.. I'm on crutches on not well at all but they placed the suite just where I wanted it... can not fault argos in all areas... WELL DONE FOR GETTING IT SO RIGHT.. wish more stores were as helpful with good quality of items.

Excellent service. I went to buy some office equipment, unfortunately this branch did not have it, but the staff located the nearest branch, checked its availability and provided directions.
