As a first time customer, I cannot express how horrendous it is dealing with this company. Not only did the item arrive full of lint, poor quality, but it’s really small for a XXXL. I’ve reached out to support two weeks ago to return this, I asked them for information on returns, send them pictures and they responded a week later asking to see pictures. Not only did they not bother reading my email in which the pictures were attached, but they’re refusing to provide me with the information necessary to return this. Appalling, not all small businesses are worth supporting.
