Great convenience shop with extensive ranges of products and an ATM. The post office counter is open until late (8pm ish) which is handy! Just recently refitted too, Very smart.
Face masks required, Sanitiser provided and one way systems in place ✌ Oh and the staff here are so friendly! 😁

The most amazingly friendly, amiable, benevolent and helpful staff! They are just lovely! After seeing the store's refurbishment last month in December (last year!) I was really impressed! The shop floor is really stream lined with wider aisles, great product/produce displays and so easy to find what you need. The long opening hours and their Post Office Services also make this such a wonderful Spar. It's my favourite store in town.

Good little shop that sells most things from fresh meat, vegetables, bread, frozen and tinned foods to cards and magazines. They also have a post office which is really useful. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Wonderful shop, contrary to another review the shop owner and manager is actually a lovely chap who engages with all customers young or old and tried to make everyone leave with a smile. He has managed the shop for over a decade continuously providing outstanding customer service providing customers with respect and always being helpful.

Quick easy shopping.

We've been living in Brixham for a year now and are customers of Spar- drew st. Everyone is very kind to us but there is a Person "H rr " , he had his hair dyed blue, he is absurdly unfriendly with us.He does not greet us when we greet him, he once threw boxes next to us looking like he was provoking us, kind of showing the aggressivity he had put on the box was towards us. if he is in the hallway putting the goods on the shelves he acts in a rude way making it seems that he doesn't care about us and our need to approach to the shelf, he is there and that is it. But nothing prepared me to what I saw today, he did the most absurd thing ever, when he saw as entering the shop today 12.08 at 17:50 he called C..to the till, he called his workmate to replace him, not to attend us.
We have never exchanged a word with him, I don't know what problem he has with us, but I can only feel sorry for the unprofessional manners of this gentleman and I will continue to use spar drew st either he likes it or not. Too bad he has to hide himself every time we go back there, we feel sorry for him, he only created one horrible situation for himself. He needs training urgently and really hope it is not xenophobia. Too sad if it is.
