Newby to town canny shop!!!

Great little local store with a good wine selection. Specials are on the shelf just as you enter the shop and you can pick up some good bargins. If you need cash there is a cash point machine just outside the shop. Parking space is very limited outside of the shop.

Not bad but you have to queue a long time not enough on the check out sometimes they make you rush makes you uncomfortable

Tried to drop off parcel with prepaid ebay label and obtain proof of posting, to be told it would not be possible. I have done this previously at this location???
If it is not possible then why is the store listed as post office offering most services on the post office website? It does not state on the website it is not possible.
Not the first time I've encountered problems here. Often the post office is closed for no clear reason (other than staff are too busy or can't be bothered to serve). I even walked back in the to the branch on one occasion to find someone was being served around two minutes after I attempted to buy postage and send a parcel.
Avoid! The PO should remove the counter if the service offered is so blatantly poor.

Absolutely shocking service, rude woman with dark red hair and very, very bad teeth has no intention to make any customer welcome or happy. She need a customer service training or change the job as she bahave like she really doesnt want to be there.. If I would be a manager she would not last a day.
