Screwfix Kings Lynn

I visited the store recently and received excellent customer service from all staff members. I brought my 2-year old daughter in with me and she loved seeing people working and the promotional materials on display. I believe that the system Scewfix has in place for customers to order, pay and receive items is excellent and far superior to other outlets with similar but less efficient systems (Argos for example). The store was very tidy, the staff were super helpful and polite and made sure that I was able to locate and purchase everything I wanted. Would highly recommend.

Very reasonable, awesome service and stock levels seam to keep up with my demand.

The actual shop where you can look and touch the items is quite small, so if you're buying something and you're not too sure what it looks like or if it's the right thing for the job you can ask the staff if you can have a look at one before purchasing.

They have a fast click and collect service, and they even do quick deliveries out to you if you're local, nor have that yet.

Great for all of our many diy projects. We order online and then collect, you still have to queue to collect so it doesn’t really speed the process up by much but every little helps. Usually we have to make a return visit a day or two later as they don’t always have enough stock when we visit. The staff are usually friendly and helpful though and will carry heavy things to the car 🚗

Update - the manager apologised when one of our orders did not arrive and re-ordered it- still didn’t arrive and re-ordered again. He then arranged for £20 in vouchers as an apology! Great service and the staff were friendly and Covid secure so highly recommended- well done 😀

Not always the cheapest, but can't fault Screwfix for variety of product. Order online and never let me down yet with collection being available within a matter of minutes.

Went in today and was met by a guy called Kieth very friendly and extra helpful. I think he was the manager but definitely knows how customers should be treated. A definite asset for screwfix.

One of the wifes favourite places for me to go after the job list has been amended. Great staff and they look after me very well. Usually have everything I need on the shelf, if not it's only a day away.

THE company to deal with for all matters "diy". It seems to matter very little which Screwfix store you use, the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive and there is the advantage of being able to order online, knowing that your order will be ready to collect. This is very important to people like us who live in the north of Scotland and for whom a trip to the nearest Screwfix is a 60+ mile round trip.

Good place to pick up diy and essential home maintenance items on Hardwicke Industrial Estate, King's Lynn, also easy to use website featuring click and collect /delivery service.

It's a great store it has everything I ever need to do my Day projects it's great to that they do the click and collect you can even pay with PayPal to.
