Carpet Barn and the Bed Store

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff (Poole), who appreciated our worries about a previously poor fitting experience with one of their fitters, so they employed the excellent Martin Jeffreys this time to do our H/S/L + lounge/diner + dining room carpets' fit. So, a demanding job, but carried out with aplomb by Martin for a very impressive result.

One small niggle is the company's practice of rounding up prices to the 'nearest' pound. So, if your estimate is, say, £215.20, it then becomes £216. Dare I say that a 'rounding down' policy would be better received by the customer.

Generally though, a very good retailer who we thoroughly recommend.

My wife and I have shopped with you a few times. Always a faultless service and very curtious. Recently we have spoken with Carla who has moved our delivery (no installation) date twice to fit around building works, I cannot recommend Carla highly enough, she is polite, curtious and her customer service skills should be used an example to others. I had to get 3 carpets & get them laid within 5 days the staff in the warehouse were brilliant in helping with the sizes & what I would need to go with them. They arranged a fitter to come in on the Wednesday before I moved in on the Thursday. The fitter was excellent & very quick & I can't thank him enough for fitting me in on what was already a busy day. I would definitely recommend carpet barn to all my friends & family they were excellent

Very happy with the landing and stair carpet we had fitted today . Didn't have to wait long to have the job done. And the man who fitted the carpet was lovely . Such a hard worker.

Our vinyl has today been relaid by an excellent fitter. Originally,the vinyl was found to be faulty and was poorly fitted. Thanks to liaison with the surveyor and Dominic at the Ferndown store, it was agreed to be replaced and we are very pleased with the result.

Great range of stock available with great value and excellent service. Ordered my bathroom carpet on Saturday afternoon and it was fitted Friday morning great job. Would recommend 👌

Fantastic service ..... I needed a new bed in a hurry but couldn't take time off work to get to the store. the assistant (I am afraid I didn't make a note of his name) talked me through what was available & I have to say his choice was perfect .... excellent quality & very comfortable, at the right price.
Delivery man rang to give me a rough time but rang when he was on the way so I didn't have to waste time hanging around.

Just ordered a carpet & again in store very helpful, the estimator came out promptly to suit me & just had a call to arrange the fitting

Went in had a quick look around, assistant came and helped, picked what I wanted, paid and left. Quick and helpful service all in less than 30 minutes. Free parking too 👍

They were helpful and efficient and were able to provide cut pieces to my carpet fitters specific requirements. Delivery was timely, and as promised. I would recommend and use again as my first option.

Very helpful staff in store without being pushy at all. Polite efficient gentleman who came to measure up and give us an estimate. The fitter was a fast tidy worker who did a fantastic job laying carpet in our hall staircases and upstairs corridor. I can highly recommend this company.
