Screwfix Harlow

Popped in to buy a dewalt stack for my husbands birthday.
The ladies at the till were amazing and really helpful. They've gone above and beyond to help me and made my day .
While I was waiting for my item, I've experienced other customers rudness towards staff members.
I'm really disappointed that the staff being treated this way. Your staff needs to be protected
All I see in here is customer service agents are apologising without knowing what actually happened in store

Went into screwfix earlier today and was served by Kelly. She was so lovely and kind. I had no idea what I was getting as was for my boyfriend but she definitely made it a lot easier ! Great customer service!☺

Popped into the Harlow store today and was served by Cilla. She was very helpful and patient with our vague query. Cilla went the extra mile! So grateful!

I had a great experience this morning. The woman who served me was friendly and showed me all available products. I made a decision and waiting for about 3 minutes, when the item came, the man who gave me the product asked if I would like help to my car. This shows the quality of customer service. Really happy to start my Friday now. Thanks

Very helpful staff. Item wasn't in stock but they ordered it in for me to collect within 2 days. They also have a key cutting machine that was £10.00 for 3 keys. A well known chain quoted me that for just 1 key.

always in screwfix and always quick service with the new tablets also always polite staff especially the young lady called kelly shes always joyfull and makes my day. also cracks me up with her amazing plumbing jokes 👍🏼

I recently bought a shower from Screwfix in Harlow. There was a part missing from the box it came in which I didn’t realise until my plumber had turned up to my home for the install. I went into the branch to get the missing part and the two people who served me went above and beyond to help solve my problem. Date of visit 23.04.23.

Great for getting things that other diy shops don't have. Really helped me out when my car failed its MOT. They squished me in the same day and did all the work required. I am know fit to go. Thank you all.

Well stocked, usually you have most of the items listed on their website in this store. When you order some big items or "rare" one you get it next day.
One stop for everything you need!

Really helpful.got what I needed.fast turnaround of order too.it works the same as argos,you pay and it gets picked out back.there are catalogues you can take away and an online reserve service too.

Best screwfix branch! Staff always nice and polite, especially the ones from plumbfix/electricfix section are wonderful.

Fast service, friendly staff, let me check the item I was buying was the right one before I paid. Had the item I needed when 2 other retailers didn't have anything like it, will definately use again 👍
