Homebase - Chester

Homebase in Chester is a great store. It has a variety of product for the home. These include kitchen design, garden products and diy equipment. The staff were fantastic when I called to ask if they had a product on display and this allowed me to make the decision to come and have a look before I bought.
The parking was plentiful and the store is nearby to other well known stores.

What a breath of fresh air this shop was. Clean, bright and airy. It is in the old John Lewis shop and they have five a great job. Loads of choice of pretty much anything you need for the house and it wasn't very expensive either. Stuff for every budget and if rather drive there than go to my local shop.

The chester store was a pleasant visit. Lots of beautiful things on sale. I was visiting chester and noticed there was a Homebase store on the Greyhound park, I couldn't wait to go and have a look as our local store was closed down. Will definitely visit again ☺

Homebase Chester is a large store with a wide range of products. We liked the wide range of choices and products appear to be of good quality. We only bought a few small items but we will shop there again.

Can't thank Maxine on the general enquiries today..was most helpful on my enquiry.even called her back to say it's the Upton store..if you see this hope you get incentive to leave early one day enjoy the sunshine.. service was great..

Cannot fault the staff here always so helpful and friendly.
My friends daughter accidentally grabbed a cactus tonight, which lead to some tears and us in a panic trying to grab lots of tiny prickles from her palms and fingers - Mary was on hand to offer some tweezers and assistance and even helped to calm her down. Absolute asset to the store!

Having worked for Homebase for nearly 10 years at their Llandudno store which sadly closed, I was excited to learn they were opening a new store in Chester. The store looks great and is ultra modern and inviting. I'm not sure why they did not use the upstairs space to showcase their kitchens & bathrooms but maybe this is coming at a later date. I wish them well in their rollout of new stores. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working for them.

Good location and well stocked store with friendly and helpful staff.

Been in store today to buy laminate flooring.. Was helped by Andy was excellent got us trolleys and loaded them. Then helped take them to the car and load car... Excellent customer service by Andy.... Also the store is really nice has lots of nice things reccomend a visit..

Service is just amazing in this store, staff really go out of their way to help you and if they haven’t got it in stock they will order it for you and get it quickly.

Went in to purchase some gardening equipment Steve, one of the staff was very helpful and so kind then we come to pay and Peter on the till was also so polite. Very warming place and great staff

Not visited Homebase before , so it was a new experience for me . Have to say I was impressed with the range of products on sale here , plenty of choice and staff were friendly and helpful. Good experience all round 🙂

We recieved great customer service and assistance, from the sales lady called India, whilst we put together self assembly wardrobes.

Did a click and collect order and had no issues whatsoever. They even dealt with me whist in the queue using a mobile device.

Brilliant staff ... cheerful and attentive....good parking and lovely choice of items
