Brilliant customer service and knowledge of what I was looking for. Definitely go back next time I want to change my phone.

The staff here are amazing! They went above and beyond today to sort out my phone. Oustanding customer service - can't thank then enough.

Helpful staff even when the shops really busy

Not being too knowledgeable on mobile phones the member of staff who helped me was excellent. Despite the shop being quite busy at the time he was patient and as a result I purchased a phone. I'm delighted with the phone and very pleased with the service I received. Certainly would recommend this store.

I think they need someone at Northallerton who solely answers the telephone instead of this call centre which takes. Calls it can only
say they will take.Mesages. O2 is efficient and helpful, but this Call Centre let's O2 down badly.

Customers waste their time constantly re ringing same number at their expense and time wasted by THEM. AS I HAVE EXPERIENCED TODAY 2HRS AND STILL NOT SORTED ALL I NEED IS A NUMBER O2 HAVE WHICH I was not given when I bought my new phone.
