Tesco Superstore

Thank you to the pharmacy staff for your help yesterday, taking the time to answer my question regarding the ingredients in my sons medication and giving me a clear understanding.

If only the Poundbury chemist was more helpful,..as I received a reply "I don't know" as she walked away...leaving me feeling very angry and then having to seek help from another pharmacy.

Nice and clean and well stocked shelves.

Did our Xmas food shopping at lunchtime today - congratulaltions to the staff and management. Store busy (as you would expect on Dorchester market day, but shelves well stocked, plenty of checkouts open so did not have to queue, staff cheerful and helpful especially Harvey who was putting meat out - he went the extra mile to help us. Got pretty well everything we wanted. Well done

Easy access loads of parking. Well maintained store. Good stocked shelves.

The girls on lottery counter are lovely, friendly and chatty.
Checkouts nice staff.
Self checkouts, one member of staff is rude, but I tolerate her.

Very big tesco with adjoining petrol station, always better prices than elsewhere. Building looks posh but definitely just a big tesco inside. Lots of space, big car park, good range of stuff and all well stocked.

Bloody amazing team! Went above and beyond for me, I needed 200 bottles of bucksfizz and with only being able to order a max of 36 online they placed the order for me, rang me when it came in. Loaded it up in trolleys ready, offered to help wheel the (very heavy!) trolleys and load the car. Plus i then dropped the receipt later on and they reprinted the reciept no problem. Super lovely and super helpful. Thank you!

The staff here have been amazing all throughout this difficult time -they have suffered much abuse from customers but still turn up to work. They are just like us they have illnesses, children, grandparents yet they have all turned up to work the same as always-well bar the odd face mask bless😀I feel happy to be able to shop there -they make the store what it is -thank you.

As one of the very few 24/7 places in Dorchester it is a great refuge at night when you need some sustenance. Toilets are normally clean and the staff are decent. Outside there are some rides for only one great British pound to treat yourself once you have completed the weekly shop. It is not hard to find good quality fruit and vegetables here unlike at certain competitors. Plenty of choice of product as the store is of a good size.

Michelle, Rachel and Owen were amazing this evening. (3/9/17). We pulled in in our lorry with 8 sheep and 3 dogs on board following a weekend showing at Dorset county show as we had broken down. They closed a section of the forecourt to allow us to drop the ramp to aid ventilation for the sheep. They supplied us with tea and coffee free of charge and allowed us to use the toilet and even drove us to get a McDonald's !! Can not speak highly enough of the staff there. Went above and beyond and even further!! Thank you all so much

Thank you to Tesco in Dorchester today. I had bought a bottle of wine which at the check out, the bottle had broken as I had put it in my shopping trolley. The young man cashier was very helpful as was the lady supervisor/manager who sorted out my trolley (which was full of wine from the broken bottle) and dried out my trolley the best they both could. They were so helpful. Thank you.

A very 'posh' branch of Tesco - water fountains in an entirely paved carpark? Class... Big shop, usual supermarket fare, very busy.

Good quality food for a low price, friendly employees, it has a box with free fruit for kids, wheelchair friendly and more. An awesome shop!!

Great customer service. I received a tesco delivery order from this store today and an item was incorrect, they arranged for the item to be exchanged within the hour.
