Fabulous store, the staff are extremely helpful, the furniture is excellent quality. As a whole the shop is beautifully done.
I'm very delighted with my purchase. Will definitely shop there again.

Absolutely great experience Tim Case greeted us as you do a very polite and helpful man, we told him what we were looking for and ideas he pointed us in the right direction and we saw the Osborne sofa loved it so we bought it all.

Great showroom! Well laid out . We liked the way we were greeted, then left to wander at our own leisure. Paul was not pushy at all (which we appreciated). Now looking forward to taking delivery of some beautiful sofas and dining room furniture.

Great sales team, they are there in the background.. They do ask if you need any assistance but they don't keep jumping on you..or as soon as you walk through the door! Best service ever!

Went into the store today and was greeted by Dave.

He was friendly and very informative which instantly made me and my family feel at ease in the store.

Dave was able to show us a range of dinning room chairs and inform us of all the different colours and materials they came in.

Popped into the Barnstaple store to look at mattresses and with Paul & Dave’s help we found the right one at the right price. Both gents helped us with all the information we needed and also entertained the kids as we placed our order. Thanks guys 👍🏼

Great friendly service as always from FW in Barnstaple, helped this time by Sophie who was very helpful. Although relatively new to her job, she had a very pleasant manner and made our purchase process very easy.

Really pleased with the quick assistance from Dave and his ability to create an order to our specification for our latest wardrobe purchase to add to our previous furniture purchased from FW Homestores. No pressure pushing us to buy, just friendly and helpful service.

After visiting the Barnstaple store on a few occasions, we finally went in and ordered our furniture. The staff were very polite and were always on hand to assist with any questions without being over zealous. This allowed us to choose in private without someone looking over our shoulder. Martin took the order and was very efficient. I would definitely use them again.

We were welcomed by Martin at the barnstaple store on the way in, very friendly, i don't like being on at when i enter a store i informed him we were just looking, and he kindly said if we have any questions just come and ask and he let us have a look. We walked around and was specifically looking for new wardrobes for our spare bedroom, found the perfect one and he was about, he asked if we had any questions, and thats when he helped very efficiently to check stock and order us one with all the relevant information. Was very quick and easy, and he was very helpful and polite.

Went this evening to FW Homestores in Barnstaple, met a superb member of staff called Martin who helped us find our dream comfy chair! Not only did he stay beyond closing time to help us, he offered us fantastic customer service and cover for our new purchase. Would recommend!

Just visited this morning and was SUPER impressed by how polite and kind the staff were. I got everything I wanted for a great price and more. Sam from Barnstaple was amazing he was patient and didn’t rush he took his time to make sure we got what we wanted. Definitely coming back and will be recommending to friends and family best place to go.

Had a wonderful experience at FW homestores barnstaple. We came in over 2 or 3 occasions struggling to choose our items and worrying about cost. David was super helpful, put our minds at ease about cost, explaining we can get our deposit back if our house falls through as were waiting for a new build. Another great benefit is that they can keep our items stored until our house is ready. He gave us a great deal and were very excited about the sofa and dining set that we chose. Excellent service, very pleased.

We cannot thank Martin at the Barnstaple store enough for his help and guidance in the purchase of our new suite and bedroom furniture. He is so easy to talk to and not pushy on the sales giving us time to discuss and decide on the furniture but giving advice when needed.
