Called into Franks end of last week as had vinyl which we bought last year that needed fitting into a very small bathroom. Guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and gave me Marc's number - he and his colleague made a great job of fitting a couple of days later. We went to Frank's the flooring on Benfield road, Newcastle to have laminate flooring in the sitting room, the choice was vast and with help from the manager, Warren, were able to purchase a fantastic floor with all the trimmings at an amazing price, the fitter came as scheduled and was very fast and efficient so much so that we returned to get a bedroom carpet, again the choice was fantastic, the quality exquisite, and though the fitters were very busy managed to fit us in on the day requested, they went above and beyond expectation, even fitting the carpet under the runners of the sliding door wardrobe which was not expected, perfect! Thank you Warren and all the team at Benfield road!

We bought our lovely stair carpet from here and it was fitted today thank you Franks the flooring lovely carpet very well fitted.

Bought flooring for the whole house from here. Lots of selection and great prices. The staff don't hassle you while you browse what's available but are very friendly and helpful when you need them. Lots of parking available.

Fast efficient service. The salesman took us directly to the carpet that we required and completed the sale. We were daunted by the range when we walked into the showroom and thought that we'd be there for hours. A Very good experience. Thank you.

Rang up benfield road store to request someone to come and measure up for stair carpet only, the guy on the phone explained to us that if we just count the stairs then measure the bottom step as it’s wider than the rest and bring measurements to store they will be able to give price for carpet and fitting so we did and choose a carpet the fitting guys came two of them bout week later and fitted the stair carpet done a cracking job no messing around they were in did the job and gone I would definitely use franks carpets again everyone we came across was spot on cheers
