Bought 6 x 1 kilo bags of glugged pellets, delivered to my workplace in a box, put box in my car on the seat, to find out 5 hours later, the glugged bags had burst, and glug had leaked out, soaked through the box, ruined my car seat ( stinks ). Sent them an e mail over a week ago, NOT had the common decency to even respond to me. Buried their head in the sand in the hope i go away. I am not. Social media is a powerful tool. Disgraceful customer services. If you value your customers, get in touch with me. Trace me through the inv number 0003615. If I could rate ZERO stars, I would, this review wont allow that, have to put 1 star.

Complete daylight robbery. I was charged nearly double on some items and then £11.50 on top of that . Please stay away unless you have more money than sense .
