Polite and friendly staff whom I ask where a particular item was and was directed to clearly and respectfully 👍. Got to the cashier and was greeted and with a smile there was a queue but I was Served quickly, nice shopping experience. Thanks

Ample parking easy access

I dont usually rate stores, but Iceland for me in Burnt Oak as always impressed me when I've done my freezer shopping. The store is very clean, the shelves are always full and theres always a bargain or two to be had. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the security guard is always in a chatty mood. I've never shopped there and not found what I am looking for, and the staff will always look in the back if it is not on the shop floor. It is to there credit the store is a success 10/10.

Iceland has rolled out Bonus card where you received £1 bonus anytime you save £20 on the card. Home delivery is also free if you spend more than £35. I can confirm that foods that I ordered for delivery are so fresh as if I just bought them from its store, so it worth checking out.

Some of their own brand items are just as good or better than Lidl's, but half the price. For example Lidl's beef lasagne is £1.69, Iceland's is £1 & tastier.

I hate this place... every single time when I go to buy something light ... I come out with 3,4 bags of grocery .

Love this store,staff are always friendly and have gone above and beyond in the past year to do everything they can to ensure C19 2 meter ruling could be adhered to as best as possible,not the biggest store for Iceland but still stock a great range and very rairly is anything missing.

Small rough car park at back...which I didn't know about for decades..no obvious signage...but Does the job.. Well stocked . Near my work .so handy to go to.

Always found what I'm looking for. And staff are just Lovely. They have a Halal section and a Protein section too. There is lots of choice.

Good selection. Staff friendly. Only one "gripe" - security want you to wear a mask!!! I did not comply with that nonsense. But it's not the staff's fault....it is a great store.

Best shop for froozen foods they currently have a deal on - buy three packets of frozen vegetable and get an extra one free. Icelands veggie burgers are delicious. I have been eating them for years. A packet of four veggie burgers cost £1.00! They also sell Linda McCartney's vegetarian range which is also nice but a little more expensive. They also have deals on the popular soap powders like Persil and Surf.

Great place for food shopping and in local area with buses and very good value for your money staff always helpful still very much the same great value for money and great products and very friendly staff members

A great place to shop and the staff are very lovely and part of our community as was once one of the first 2 Tescos stores ever to open in London till it was sold off to be gentrified and converted into flats **sarcasm "Thankyou Tories"**
