Unfortunately I witnessed some people having a go at a young man because he said the post office was shut . Yes it must be very frustrating but this young man couldn't apologise enough. For min wages the staff are always plesent

This is my local post office and I go there all the time. All stuff a very lovely except a few of the middle age ladies that work there. They pick and chooses when they want be nice or smile or say hello. They really need some customer service training how to be polite all time to her customers. I've come across this a few times so it needed to be said.

Very very unprofessional! Poor customer service. Staff need training how to run a store. Staff are usually smoking outside or chatting to friends behind the tills. They seem to give priority to people they know. When there was a sale for the refit. The staff seems to have taken loads of food and drinks for themselves and for their friends and family. The whole day they were huffing and puffing because they had 1 till open and had to serve customers all day. They were giving mixed information to customers on what was in the sale. It was a disgrace and not a fair service at all. Would not be surprised if the staff didn’t pay for anything. The post office seems to be always closed. I had 1 teenager running the shop from 3-9 who seems inexperienced also she/he was babysitting 2 young girls. Absolutely terrible no health and safety. How is this possible?

Tried to use the Post Office counter today - closed. 2 slovenly looking teenagers sitting behind the counter eating their lunch (pot noodle!) who said it might be open tomorrow. What kind of service is this? Surely there's a contractual element to providing the Post Office service? By the way, also went to the store in York Parade and their Post Office was also closed. When are you going to fix this?

Just taken a parcel to there post office only to find that there is nobody trained to run it tonight just 2 young kids working there quite a few people have taken parcels there to be told the same what the point of having a late night post office if they can not staff it

Post Office in this store is useless! Staff just don't seem to care and have attitude! Would rather travel further to another Post Office Location than use this one!

Manager has a atatude problem rude to customers and needs to go on a management course shop is ok

Post-office at this establishment is never open

The shop looks messy and not that clean - I tend to use York Parade
