Friendly staff

Used for a delivery. Prompt delivery. Good products. I would have given 5 stars but a couple of products were out of stock and I would have ordered something else if given an option.

Quick and convenient

As a local convenience store this is not bad and serves exactly that purpose. There's a fresh food section, but understandable only stocks your everyday items. However, if you have ran out of tomatoes, milk, bread, cereal then it's great. Best place for newspapers early in the morning. Clearly their made trade is cigarettes and alcohol (other Oasis songs too) with sweets and sugary drinks for school kids. They do Evri parcels which is great. Sometimes a bit pricy and very narrow isles, but it is what it is!

I like it here sometimes the body language on certain staff lacks but same can be said in other places as a child who lived near by memories made this a three otherwise I would give 2

Most of the staff are polite. It's an Average store.

The staff here are rude and seem to take great delight in telling you they are not accepting any Evri parcels (something that seems to change like the wind depending on who has walked in the store!). The attitude of staff is that customers are an interruption to their conversation/complaining about their shift pattern. I now actively avoid using this store.

I went there to return a Hermes parcel. The man at the counter directed me to.a machine at the back of the store. He said we don't do that . I didn't know how to operate the ma hine and it wouldn't scan even though the code was in the box. I went back to him againand was refused helphe declined any help at all

The worst service I have ever had! Went in for some basics- the lady in the store said nothing to me from the moment I entered, paid, to the moment I left, not a word. It was as if I was wasting her time taking her away from her cage unpacking.

Tony needs to stop f-ing and blinding under his breathe when a customer requires help! Such a rude man! Disgusting behaviour!

Their customer service is awful.
