Ordered online and picked up next day , some stuff you can same day , extremely friendly and helpful staff , big carpark where Lidl used to be , google maps sent me to argos

Mand and her team were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. A must for the friendly atmosphere and assistance.

I'm really pleased Uttoxeter now has a Screwfix as I used to have to travel at least 12 miles to my nearest branch. I'm also really happy with the service I have received on my first two visits. I'd placed an order online for several items to be collected, which I duly did, only to find out later that I'd made a mistake with one item I'd bought. It wasn't suitable for what I needed. I then made matters worse by ordering something else that I thought would do the job but, again I was wrong. So, I had to return one item and cancel the other I'd ordered. This was all done without any problem whatsoever and the refunds were processed immediately. I did buy an LED floodlight so all was not lost. Thank you for your impeccable service and patience.

First visit to Screwfix in uttoxeter last Friday. I ordered a drill but it had not been delivered due to me ordering it late. The lady who served me was really helpful as the drill was a present for my son who’s birthday was the next day. She helped me purchase another drill but advised me she would phone the next day if it came in before I had to set off to my sons house. Sure enough the lady phoned at just after 9.30 am and I went and exchanged the drill for the original one I’d ordered. She really went above and beyond. Thanks for all your help and professionalism.
