Five-Stars for customer service at screw fix in Tonbridge, easy to find on Vale Road, open late until 8 Monday to Friday.
We have used on multiple occasions and orders for click and collect are processed quickly, sometimes within a few minutes.

Ordered online. Received text 5 mins later informing me that the item was available for collection. Very organised with personnel ensuring correct spacing, hand sanitizer just inside door. In and out within 3 mins.

Always efficient, online service. Goods available quickly after ordering. Counter staff have always been helpful and courteous.

Went above and beyond when I needed some work boots last thing at night & they lifted the shutter up to let me in rather than slam it down. They didn't have to & I appreciate not only the fact that they were prepared to stay on for another 10 minutes but that they had good stuff at a great price. Forget Toolstation, which were closed early, go straight to Screwfix.

Remained open during the crisis and were quick to adapt to Government guidelines. Ordered a couple of hundred pounds worth of equipment which was ready for collection the next day as indicated. Glad to have them in Tonbridge.

My most local Screwfix and as good as they are this one doesn't quite seem to hold the stock of the Aylesford branch. However, their good service and keen prices keep me going back time after time!

Screwfix is always a saviour being open fantastic hours and having so much in stock. But this is a particularly good Screwfix with awesome stock and friendly staff.
