Unreliable, you can never speak to anyone. They tell you they will ring you back, they don’t. They tell you they all will come out and quote and they don’t turn up. Great shame as it would be good to support a local company. My concerns are if they behave like this when they haven’t got your business or your money once they have, if you have a problem i can only imagine from experience to date, you’ll be ignored.
